About Shipping

We will prepare your shipment within 1-3 business days from the confirmation of your order. Orders placed on weekdays are normally processed within 1 business day, but those placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.

Once shipped, the order will be delivered within an estimated period of 8-12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned for any of the following reasons:

● Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

● Delivery refused or denied by the recipient.

● Failure to respond to courier redelivery attempts when offered.

We reserve the right to apply a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Note: In some cases, couriers may offer a return option. If redelivery is refused or not carried out within the period set by the courier, the restocking fee will apply.

To avoid this, we strongly recommend verifying your shipping details at the time of purchase and responding promptly to any delivery issues.
